Jacquie, is an absolutely life saver. Pre- booked taxi from another company let me down at the eleventh hour (literally ten mins after pick up) and I sent an emergency Charlie Charlie one to 1-2 Call cars. Jacquie immediately picked up on the urgency in my voice and had a car at my house within ten minutes and thanks to her my blood pressure spike was very short lived and I had no delay at all with my journey to Heathrow.
Will be my first call every time I need a taxi. Driver was excellent, smooth drive and a really lovely person.
